The MOUNTAIN PRESERVE RECEPTION CENTER is available for a variety of events such as receptions, anniversary parties, fund-raisers, award banquets, class reunions, holiday parties, etc.

Per person rates START AT $23.95 plus sales tax and gratuity, along with a Setup & Cleaning Fee, and includes:

  • Room rental for up to 7 hours or until 1:00 A.M
  • Catered meal of your choice with coffee, water & iced tea
  • Serving staff
  • Tables & chairs
  • Dinnerware & Glassware
  • Linen table cover, linen napkins (choice of select colors)
  • Oak parquet dance floor
  • Risers, D.J. tables, podium & corded microphone
  • Large patio with a view to the city below
  • Spacious private parking lot

Setup & Cleaning Fee: North Room $450 / South Room $650 / Entire Facility $950


ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE

Bar service is available in a variety of ways, at affordable prices

The following spaces are available depending on the size of your party:

·       North Room (100 person minimum to 150 people maximum)

·       South Room (200 person minimum to 320 people maximum)

·       Entire Facility (400 person minimum to 600 people maximum)
