The MOUNTAIN PRESERVE RECEPTION CENTER is available for conferences, seminars, business meetings, sales meetings, special speakers, etc.

CONFERENCE RATES FOR ALL DAY EVENT INCLUDE:

Room set up as requested by the meeting planner, risers, podium, wired microphone, water and glasses and the room refreshed during breaks.

  Rates for a full day event are charged on a per person basis plus sales tax and gratuity.

Per person rates include the usage of one meeting room. Additional break-out areas will be charged according to the applicable rental fee.

Rates for an event without meal service are charged on a room rental basis plus sales tax. Beverage breaks and snacks are in addition to the room rental rate.

Rates for a Breakfast meeting (served until 10:00 a.m.) or a Luncheon meeting (served between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.) are charged on a per person basis plus sales tax and gratuity.
